The Queer Eye contestant worked for Federal Express for a long time before retiring.
Later, he decided he wasn’t ready to retire entirely and started a new employment driving a dump truck for Taylor Transport in Cartersville, Georgia.

Cause of Tom Jackson’s Death: Was Cancer the Cause?
On March 3, Friday, at 11: 49 p.m., Queer Eye cast member Tom lost his fight against metastatic adenocarcinoma at the age of 63.
According to Cancer Treatment Centers of America, this illness happens when cancer cells known as adenocarcinomas begin in one place of the body and spread to other areas.
Another name for it is stage 4 adenocarcinoma.
